Innovation Hub to Host Bridging Pathways: Empowering the Next Generation of Leaders
A day of unique break-out sessions with topics ranging from imposter phenomenon to interview cheat codes, followed by networking over lunch, Bridging Pathways is an opportunity for the community to connect and expand their leadership skills.
At Bridging Pathways, Dr. Njoku will be hosting a session on Imposter Phenomenon, which is the subjective experience of perceived self-doubt in one’s abilities and accomplishments compared with others, despite evidence to suggest the contrary. It can cause many detrimental effects such as depression, anxiety, and other major health issues. The Connecticut State Colleges and Universities Center for Quantum and Nanotechnology Ribbon Cutting and Student Research Showcase Event will be held at the SCSU housed QNT and include speakers Governor Ned Lamont, CSCU Chancellor John Maduko, and more.
The Greater New Haven Bioscience Collaborative offers opportunities through the Life Science Sprints Internship Program in Ridgefield, New Haven, and Branford with a variety of companies for both undergraduate and graduate students.
