Innovation Hub to Host Bridging Pathways: Empowering the Next Generation of Leaders
A day of unique break-out sessions with topics ranging from imposter phenomenon to interview cheat codes, followed by networking over lunch, Bridging Pathways is an opportunity for the community to connect and expand their leadership skills.
At Bridging Pathways, Dr. Njoku will be hosting a session on Imposter Phenomenon, which is the subjective experience of perceived self-doubt in one’s abilities and accomplishments compared with others, despite evidence to suggest the contrary. It can cause many detrimental effects such as depression, anxiety, and other major health issues.
