This powerful event is designed to inspire greater gender diversity in STEM fields and will engage 150+ high school students from around Connecticut.
JR is a senior majoring in physics with a concentration in mechanical engineering. His research on energy storage and conversion with the Werth Industry Academic Fellowship supports both environmental stewardship and the U.S. supply chain, paving the way for greener energy storage solutions.
2025 STEM Industry Needs Assessment
This year’s assessment was created with the intention of preparing the upcoming workforce to meet industry needs and continues to gather data surrounding workforce development throughout the state in biopharma, industrial, and info/fintech sectors.
